Founded in 1995, Shawn Kershaw Inc. helps clients effectively eliminate the negative impact of personal and professional disorganization.
Shawn Kershaw helps clients boost productivity by becoming more organized. She addresses every challenge from the perspective of “how can we make this simple?” By breaking each problem down and finding the simplest solution, Shawn has helped thousands of clients get more done professionally and have more fun personally.
Shawn’s consultations are targeted at individuals in a fast-paced corporate environment who are virtually drowning in information overload. Working together, she and her clients analyze their workload, workflow and organizational style, to develop strategies that focus on critical priorities, goals and general day-to-day responsibilities.
Her corporate training seminars have helped countless numbers of participants improve their effectiveness and “give back” time to be used more productively. A key to the success of these seminars is the customized content, which reflects the nuances of each corporation’s culture.
Shawn has delivered her customized seminars on sustainable simplicity to participants in industries such as pharmaceutical, landscape, retail, real estate, non-profit, hospitals and government agencies. Her clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small business owners working from home.
Organizing consulting is the perfect vehicle for Shawn to bring all the facets of her work experience into play, including her experience as a teacher and her years in the investment banking industry. Shawn’s strengths include not only her skilled teaching techniques but also the passion, energy and humor she brings to sessions.
Shawn earned her CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speakers Association in 2015. This is the highest designation awarded to a speaker and is earned by less than 10% of professional speakers.
Shawn takes volunteering seriously. Since the inception of her business, she has lent her expertise to a number of non-profit and community organizations.
Shawn has been volunteering professionally since the inception of her business. She served on the Philadelphia Chapter of National Speakers Association for seven years; most recently as past president.
Shawn is a founding member and past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). She served the national board in several committee chair positions. Shawn is the recipient of the NAPO President’s Award for her work with chapters support.
Her other pro bono work includes numerous speaking engagements to nonprofit organizations.
